These beautiful specimens are surrounded by preserved flowers and foliage and other natural elements including a lady bug and a snail! The colors are beautiful and full of spring cheer! The display is approx. 9 x 5 1/2". species: top: Erasmia pulchella is a species of moth in the family zygaenidae or burnet moths in the group Chalcosiinae.Erasmiphlebohecta picturata is a very similar species.It feeds on Helicia cochinchinensis bottom: Eterusia repleta is a moth of the family Zygaenidae. It is found in Thailand and India. Butterflies are loved by all and are one of our very favorite insects. They do not sting or bite which makes them even more popular! This butterfly has been showcased so it can be enjoyed for years to come. These make wonderful gifts and are so beautiful most anyone receiving would be thrilled to have one! NOTE: If your item is in a glass dome please be aware that the domes are NOT permanently connected to the base. Care has to be taken when opening or removing the dome so not to damage the display or specimen.
