Description: Five images of this very-generously-illustrated 51-year-old book are shown below. It is: Through the Bible, by Theodore Wilson Wilson, Published in London and Glasgow by Collins, 1963. This book measures 9" x 6 1/2" and is 601 pages. There is a child's bookplate on the front endpaper; the book is in otherwise Near Fine condition, just-about as good as a new book in a bookstore. There are 32, full-page, color illustrations in Fine condition by C. E. & H. M. Brock. These are large illustrations that extend to the page edges without an outside border (e.g., please see the first three images below). The endpapers are fully decorated with a sepia photograph. In addition, there are 35 halftone plates (e.g., image #4 below) and many line drawings. The Old Testament and New Testament both are included. The dust jacket is not price-clipped (price: "25s. net") and is in protective mylar. The uncommon jacket, with its unusual design on the front panel (image #5 below), is in Very Good condition with some edgewear.
