Description: Billy Haley signed and mounted vintage newspaper cutting, mounted onto a printed image of the 'Rock Around The Clock's singer and leader of Bill Haley and the Comets. Haley has hand-signed the cutting in blue ink adding "Best Wishes". This was previously fixed onto an autograph album page, with the reverse side of the page also having a cutting with Dionne Warwick's autograph in black ink (see photos). Provenance: This item was originally purchased from Omega Auctions. Condition: The cutting (measuring approx. 2.25"x1.5" inches)has been mounted onto the printed image and an 8.25"x11.75" thin piece of black backing card using self adhesive corners (so the signed cutting is easily removable). The cutting has tape marks and residue from where it had previously been mounted onto an autograph album page. The cutting has also considerably tanned with age (see photos for further reference).
