Bilstein B8 5100 (Ride Height Adjustable) shock absorbers are designed for trucks and SUV's with a front OE coilover style suspension. Multiple snap-ring grooves in the body allow for different spring seat positions, providing 0-2.75 inches of front lift (depending on application). The monotube shock absorbers feature a 46mm digressive piston a with self-adjusting deflective disc valve setting. Bilstein B8 5100 (Ride Height Adjustable) shock absorbers provide increased wheel travel and improved handling. Minor oil leak in the shock is usually not considered a warranty issue. Returns We will not give a refund on any parts that have not been pre-approved. We require that you contact us by email or through eBay return process (if it is a whole order that needs to be returned) for a RA# number & instructions prior to returning any parts. RA must be requested up to 30 days after the item is delivered. Any RA requested after the 30 day cutoff will be declined. Item cannot be installed or attempted to be installed, and must be returned in perfect sellable condition in order to receive the full credit. Item must be received by us up to 30 days after the RMA is requested. Incorrect/damaged merchandise MUST be reported 3 days after receiving the item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the returned item.
