Description: I don't have any load plugs to test this with, but when supplying a low voltage to the contact points for the plug, the meter does respond. Also the meter zero can be adjusted with a slot screwdriver. It should be in working condition, However, it is sold as-is because I cannot readily test it in any other ways.
