This lovely historic find is a soft medium weight cotton. The color is a wonderful shade of faded black. The pockets are a wonderful shape- very artistic and unique. The apron has a bib and ties at the waist for a perfect fit! The textile only has a tie on the right side- so it could use some reworking on order to make it usable. This would make a lovely housewarming gift for someone who appreciates the history behind a textile. It would also be perfect for wear or study, or repurposing the fabric! MEASUREMENTS: This textile measures approximately Waist: 30 (not including ties) Length: 27 inches (from bib to hem) CONDITION: This garment is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. There is only one strap at the waist on this textile, so it needs a little work before wearing. There is also some uneven fading over the front of the textile.
