All pieces/parts are in great condition! Comes with original box and packaging as well! PLEASE READ: I tried testing the coffee maker and it will not pump the water out of the tank through the system. The burner under the pot heats up but no water will go through the filter into the pot. My husband took it apart to see if a valve may have been stuck somewhere (courtesy of YouTube videos) but he could not find anything that could be causing the issue. He also blew all of the tubing out with an air compressor and that went through fine. Someone else who knows more about these may be able to fix it? We did notice when he blew out the tubing, some hard water particles came out. Everything else is very nice and clean but the coffee maker was definitely used at one point.
