Note 2008 inscription at rear, signed by Steve Blake to Ken Corbett, noted LDS artist (I purchased this directly from Ken several years ago). Note there's a thin vertical crease in the Book of Mormon spine label - in one of the pics it may look like it's a tear, but it's just how the light is reflecting. Some distressed marks are all intentional, as is the "wear" to both spine caps - giving the book a shelf worn look - all part of the art. Has Steve's embossed mark along with his signature on the rear endpaper (see pic).
