On a pro grading scale, I would rate it as fine/very fine. (I have 30+ years experience working in comics retail and grading comics.). There are a few dings along the spine and a bit of smudging on the back cover. There may be a little light storage wear on the spine and covers. The item dates from 2001. I accept PayPal!
