Staves is approximately 34” in length, 4” wide This is a genuine 100% REAL Kentucky Straight Bourbon Barrel Stave reclaimed from a complete barrel I disassembled myself. Quite a bit of work is put into these display's to make it ready to display your Blanton’s (or any) bottle stoppers with a 15/16” diameter cork. The loose dirty char has been knocked off leaving a clean char surface, stave sides and exterior have been sanded to accent the soak line, miscellaneous dirt debris have been removed, fully coated in crystal clear acrylic satin finish, precision machined stopper bores, and four delicate secure rubber feet attached to provide great scratch free grip on your surface. This work makes for a GREAT display for your stopper collection ! You get an added bonus with every stave. I provide a personally authored high-quality pamphlet that details and educates the reader on the features that can be seen on their barrel wood. Many people dismiss it as a simple "piece of wood”, but this will educate you on the construction and features of a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Barrel to match your stave.
