They look very clean but have been sitting around in a climate-controlled shop environment for a while. They likely weren't used at all due to valve guides. See close up photos of valve guides. At least 1 on each head appears to be a little oblong. This may present issues, or they may be fine. Worst case scenario, switch out that valve guide before building heads. Sold as is.
