Description: Block and Fan sugar shaker clear Richards and Hartley Flint Glass Company #544. AKA Block with Fan, Block with fan border, Red Block and Fan, and Romeo. 1885 The United States Glass Company “Factory F” circa 1891. The glass is clear and any colors you see in the photographs are reflections from indoors where I photographed the piece. The sugar shaker has the mold marks and straw marks and bubbles common in this era of glassware, four-part mold. Very nice color and clarity, the top is ground.
