Description: A beautiful blue 10 5/8" Collector Plate presented by Meier and Frank department stores for the 1959 Oregon Centennial, made by Johnson Bros. of England as Transferware. The front of the plate depicts landmarks of interest around the State and the back gives a brief history of the State.The condition of the plate is very good, with only some very small, minor scratches on the center front and three small rough places on the outside of the rim from a plate hanger. The color is extremely vivid and well done. No chips or crazing.All pictures are of the item described and are representative of the used condition of the item.
