SHIPPING POLICY: Will ship bettas via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage buyers choice. Packed with care, double bagged in an insulated box with a heat pack/ice pack when needed. Tracking -number will be provided after shipping label is printed! Bettas will ship out on Monday & Tuesday for Priority only. Mondays only for Ground Advantage unless buyer would like me to ship on Tuesday (holidays may change when your betta is shipped) to avoid sitting in the post office over the weekend. DOA POLICY: a refund will be provided on cost of betta only if DOA (dead on arrival) within 1 hour of delivery. CLEAR WELL LIT photos of the betta in the unopened bag is required to issue a refund on value of fish only. DOA policy will be void after the initial 1hr window no exceptions. I can’t be held accountable if nobody is home and the fish is left in the heat. **LIGHTING** Your Lighting may be different from my display lights so color of betta may slightly change. If you’re using colored lights, coloration will obviously be affected. FIN NIPPING Damage to fins from nipping is beyond my control due to stress on fancy males while in transit
