Description: Tiny Top Hat Fascinator. It measures 1" tall, 2" x 1 3/4" wide from edges of hat brim (wider with the lace) and a 1" round head opening. NOTE: When I say TINY that refers to the size doll it would fit best as a hat but as a fascinator this could fit any doll with hair or any person from child to adult.This fascinator is made of blue, silver and black sparkle paper with an animal print. It has a white velvet band and a ruffle of blue lace. Two blue ribbon roses adorn one side. A 1 1/4" alligator clip, hiding under the fall of lace, holds it in the hair. This works for real people but also can be worn by any large doll like 36" My Size Barbie, 32" Playdate Barbie, 28" Best Fashion Friend Barbie, 22" American Model dolls, 22" Hannah Montana, 19" CED Tonner dolls (as shown on Claire E Daniels), 18" Supersize Barbie and Tiffany Taylor, 18" American Girl (as shown), 17" Dreamtopia Barbie, and 16" Bonnie Blue. On really small dolls, the angle of the clip might cause the fascinator to "float" above the head. The majority of my designs are one-of-a-kind but there are a limited number of materials for making hat so I will probably repeat this one eventually. Normally each item I make has a small label sewn somewhere inside and marked with my inventory code but there is no good place to hide a label in a hat so I left it out. Each design is photographed and carefully described in my personal design catalog so I can be sure never to repeat anything unique I make. Handsewn detailing increases the cost/value of the design.
