Description: For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single by Bobby Vinton titled "Trouble Is My Middle Name b/w Let's Kiss and Make Up", originally released in 1963 by Epic Records. I bought this used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for 45 RPM singles, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. In the dead wax, between the labels and end of each track, is etched a lower case "O" and an upper case "T", followed by the matrix numbers 1-K/1-AK, indicating that this record was mastered at Columbia Recods' Customatrix before early stampers were used to make this record at Columbia's pressing plant, located in Terre Haute, Indiana. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The vinyl is visually graded as Very Good Plus, because of some superficial sleeve marks and a three inch crimp along the edge of the record's rim, creating a warp in the vinyl. I'm play grading this record as Good because of the warp, it skips three or four times on Side One only, then plays normally on Side Two, with just a little bit surface noise. It plays all the way through without pops or lock-ups from start to finish. This would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection. Please read all descriptions and look at all pictures, as this is a final sale and I do not accept returns. Thank you for viewing my listing. I've been collecting records for more that 50 years and always clean them before and after playback to keep them in a pristine condition. I try to describe them to the best of my ability and use record grading guidelines like the Goldmine rating system as reference. Since retiring, I've begun to sell my very esoteric collection via my Ebay store (bobsanalogemporium) and will offer discounts for multiple sales. I always pack the items for sale in an archival inner sleeve, then put them in either a Kraft paper bubble mailer with sturdy cardboards or cardboard record mailers, always with the records separate from the jackets or its original picture sleeve, then sandwiched between sturdy cardboards before shipping. Please read all descriptions carefully and note all pictures before-hand, as I do not accept returns. Please visit my Ebay store for records, 45's, cassette tapes and comics of all different genres. They're predominately Near Mint. Thank you viewing my listing.
