Description: Important information about these banknotes:: PTT vouchers Bihać are one of a total of three types of vouchers that were used in the municipalities of the war district of Bihać during the war. (All types and denominations of Bihac banknotes can be seen in the third picture of the post.) PTT vouchers of the war district of Bihać are among the rare editions of BiH notafilia. Very important note: this PTT voucher of DM 1 has the stamp of the local post office of the city of Bužim on the reverse, which makes it one of the rare examples of Bosnian notafilia. Although the stamp is bad, it is clear that it is the stamp of the local post office of Bužim. Bužim is a small town in Western Bosnia, which in the war of 1992-1995 made a great contribution to the defense of the independent state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. All Bihac vouchers were issued in denominations of DM - German marks, they were and still are very interesting to collectors from Europe in general and collectors from Germany in particular. This is why the two authors of the catalog of Bosnian notaphilia are precisely German authors. One of them is Jurgen Klotz, who included PTT vouchers from Bihać in his catalog.
