This magazine featured a cover illustration by James Montgomery Flagg. Just two years later, Flagg would publish his most famous work -- the iconic painting of Uncle Sam saying "I WANT YOU". The magazine is in very nice condition. All pages are present. The pages are clean, with no cut-outs or pen or pencil notations. There is some browning due to age. The cover is suitable for framing. James Montgomery Flagg (1877 – 1960) was an American artist, comics artist, and illustrator.
