After cleaning the model is ready for any waterbase or oil base, primer and top coat and othe mechanical and electrical work.Those familiar with Bowser Cars from the 1960's and 70's and Trolleys will appreciate the hours of time saved file work and sanding to make the piece ready for final top coating and detailing. The details are crisp and clear and will become more clear when above step is followed prior to top coating. This is an unusal find since Bowsers original PCC car from the 1970s had a single post.
