Description: A gorgeous roll of Bradbury and Bradbury wallpaper, custom hand-printed in Benicia California in 1982for the historic Camron-Stanford House. Built in 1876, The Camron-Stanford House was the last of the 19th-century Victorian mansions that once surroundedLake Merritt in Oakland, California. Meticulously decorated in Victorian style, it is currently a museum and special events venue. This roll is an Eastlake frieze, in the style of the Eastlake/Aesthetic patterns from the 1870's-1880's.It measures 12 feet long by 30" wide. The width of the image is 25 ½" Bradbury and Bradbury described it in their catalogue as: "part of the Anglo-Japanese Roomset in our Aesthetic Movement Collection." In beautiful unused condition, colors are rich and vibrant, with a subtle metallic gold shimmerthat's difficult to capture in the photos we've posted. 100% of your purchase benefits SCRAP-SF, the original creative reuse center - helping teachers, nonprofits, and local artists in San Francisco since 1976.
