This is for the stock truck with factory front disc and rear drum brakes. On Certain Trucks the top port next to the lead wire connector is 7/16-24 and may need to be adapted over to 3/8-24 Also you may only need on of the front ports- you can plug the other with a 3/8-24 Pipe Plug.
