Description: I'm listing my collection of rare antique brass jeweler and watchmaker anvils from Europe. These are not the usual mini anvils that pop up on here from time to time; I personally got this anvil from either Denmark, Switzerland, Israel or Germany over the years, I went to a lot of antique shows and estate sales that had to do with watchmakers and jewelers when I traveled over the last 30 years, but I don't remember which country for each specific anvil. It has no maker marks or name or origin or writing at all that I can find. The anvils I'm listing are not the reproduction paper weights, they are all quite old real anvils, they were all meant for regular use or were actually used by watchmakers and jewelers, and ALL were from or were used in either a watchmaker or jeweler's shop before I got it and I don't think any of them were less than 50+ years old back when I got them. I wish I remembered more of the details, but after all this time, I don't. This one weighs about 5.9 oz. It's in really nice shape with a little bump for some special purpose, but I don't know what. Sold as is, just as I took them from my storage, I'm sure the new owner could make them look a bit nicer than they look in the photos, but I'm not going to polish or clean up anything for the listing.
