The strap is detachable. It's exposing the sub-frame. You need to modify the sub-frame. Fitment: NOT directly fits on the bike. This is a Brat style where the seat is sitting on top and along the sub-frame. It REQUIRES a modification of the sub-frame. Please don't purchase if you don't know about Brat style seat.
