BRITISH FORCES NATIONAL ARMY MUSEUM MILITARY EVENT COVER-'71 LIGHT INFANTRY 1854

Description: I am offering, for your consideration the pictured British Military cover with cachet by the British National Army Museum and cancelled by the British Forces Postal Service. These are exceptional covers, with beautiful cachets and great cancels. This one is part of a large group that I am offering (please check all my auctions/offerings). They are not only great looking, but each contains an insert that has the history/information about the Military Unit, Uniform, Conflict or Medal appearing in the cachet. Another interesting thing about these covers is that they were addressed to 'Philatelic Officers' in the Tower of London and the Duke of York's Headquarters and also to 'Stamp Publicity' in Worthing, Sussex. I don't know how they all came together in a plain, untitled loose leave binder, but all were in protective pages, so they are really nice (please judge condition for yourself from the scans). If your topic of collecting is 'Military'.....you'll want one...or all of them.
