He is one of Britain's best-known graphic designers, noted for his pioneering work in the arts and in interaction design. His work for bands such as Buzzcocks and Duran Duran established him as one of the most influential figures of the 80s. Malcolm Garrett was invited to give a lecture on February 22, 1993, at the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston.
