Appears to be from the British School, no sure of the actual artist. The piece is signed in the lower left corner, but cannot make out whom the artist is. Appears to say "A Willilny". Nice watercolor rendering of a landscape in the Lower Himalayas that is called The Doon Valley Exmoor. The painting probably dates to the early 1900s. No stains or spots on the watercolor. The watercolor was professionally framed a while ago in a gold wood frame. Some finish loss to the frame. A gold colored matting around the watercolor. Can see a couple of pieces of something between the matting and glass. The mat and watercolor are a little loose in the frame as some of the back tacks came out before we acquired. The back paper if off the frame. The British School Watercolor and Tempura Painting in frame is 16-11/16" tall, by 21-9/16" across, by .5" wide.
