Description: Hello. Up for sale is a solid bronze statue of the Indian goddess Saraswati. She is worshiped as the goddess of knowledge, education, learning, arts, speech, poetry, music, purification, language and culture. I am unsure of the age although I believe that it is antique based on the patina. This statue measures approximately 11" x 6" x 3" and weighs 3 lbs 4oz. It is in very good condition with appropriate age wear; only a few small spots of white oxidation on the body as well as on the underside. Please contact me with any questions. Thank you.
