Description: This listing is for a Brownsville PA High School Senior Band Vtg RARE Music Print Block Letterpress. It depicts the Brownsville Pennsylvania High School in full uniform on the bleachers, posing with a sign balloons and a large drum along with their instruments. It is not dated, but appears to be a 1930s-50s piece based on the uniforms. A great piece, likely for the press or some other promo. I am unsure if the blue color is because of ink. It would be great to use to make more prints with, to either personally enjoy or potentially sell if able. A great item for collectors of print blocks, printshops, gifting, display / decor, and more! It in good antique condition for the age. It has a Unique cool pattern that due to its nice lines is possibly still usable. Has some slight areas of patina that could likely be cleaned. Small amounts of scuffing on the back and light wear on the front from handling- no major wear. I have left this one completely as found as I think the patina kind of adds to it, and if the blue is ink I do not know how to correctly remove it. Please note I am not a printmaker, and have not attempted to “test” it. Has some slight patina, made need prepped in some way. Thank you for your consideration, comes as shown.
