Also covered are a 1-5-7 Drill, a 1-5-12 Drill, Sweep Stroke, Number 7 and Number 6 Entries, Hand Exchanges, Abanicos, Locks, Traps, Take Downs, Throws and Sweeps, Disarms are also taught. You will then learn how to put it all together with Flow Sparring Drills. Master Bruce Chiu has over 35 years experience and is a champion martial artist and personal student of the late Grandmaster Remy Presas. Master Chiu is the weapons adviser to Hogan Karate International and to Small Circle Jujitsu. A former Law Enforcement Officer and champion Martial Arts competitor, Master Chiu began his martial arts training in 1971. He has been teaching for over 30 years. His students include members of several state and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, including the Alexandria Police SWAT Team, the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, Florida State Troopers, BATF, DEA, and the United States Secret Service, as well as members of America’s elite military units. While training in Hong Kong, Master Chiu was the youngest person granted instructorship in White Crane Kung Fu by the legendary White Crane Grandmaster Ngai Yuk Tong and the International White Crane Federation of Hong Kong. Master Chiu was also the youngest person granted permission to teach White Crane in the United States. Master Chiu holds multiple Black Belts and holds a 7th degree or higher equivalent in Karate, American Karate, and White Crane Kung Fu. Master Chiu is a certified instructor in Bukido and Police Tactical Baton. He is also a licensed Security Instructor as well as the weapons advisor for Small Circle Jujitsu and Jack Hogan Karate Master Chiu was also a personal student of the late Grandmaster Remy A. Presas, the founder of Modern Arnis. He trained daily with the Professor and regularly assisted Grandmaster Presas at seminars around the world. Master Chiu has done work in film and television, as well as numerous martial arts and fitness training videos. He can be seen in such films as Dead Presidents, the Discovery Channel’s Secrets of the Warrior’s Power and the World Wrestling Federation. Master Chiu was also the security and self-defense expert consultant for America’s Health Network and Good Morning Tampa Bay. Master Chiu now does seminars around the world on Modern Arnis, White Crane Kung Fu and Defensive Tactics and Personal Protection.
