Description: This is a 1960s eight inch round decal issued by the Golden Empire Council (GEC), Boy Scouts of America headquartered in Sacramento, CA. The decal is in new condition, but does show its age--there is a little paper loss in the upper left hand corner. These decals were used on vehicles at the council's camps: Harvey West, Winton & Pollock. Buyer to pay shipping and handling--see Payment Instructions.
