These are incredibly reliable, clean sound plugs. They can be bent, stepped on, basically abused and will still perform. Under the shell, the cable ends are reinforced with premium adhesive lined heat shrink over the cable clamp; this provides an extra layer of resiliency and further aids to protect the solder joints. A gold print label finishes it off, providing a premium, and clean look. My Performance Series cables are built right here in Michigan. By me, one at a time.
