Description: It's difficult to grade something like this because everyone has their own system. But I say that it's in fairly good condition for it's age. Obviously there is yellowing on the pages. There are only 2 small holes, one is dead center on the front page and then to the left. Right on the bend. They're small and barely noticeable. No rips or tears or stains on the pages.
