Description: Professional Grenadillo wood Burkhart Boston 7796 piccolo - with red velvet case and case cover. Includes polishing cloth and cleaning rod. Originally bought new in 2016 for $5000. Appraised by the Flute Center of New York in October 2024 at $5,200. This is a piccolo in excellent playing condition, for the professional level flutist/piccoloist. There is some basic tarnishing on the keys from the case. It's a known issue from cases that many of the Boston flute makers used in the early/mid 2010s.
