This note is circulated and has the following: folding and wear (also has some heavier folds and areas of waviness); overall light staining; light edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed); light edge indents/nicks (no tears that I could see); light surface wear; two staple-type holes that I could see.
