Description: Here we have vintage mid-century modern bread/appetizer/small dessert/side plates in the Saimaa pattern from Arabia (Finland) that we are offering by the each piece. Although these pieces are listed with a flat-rate shipping charge, we're always happy to combine shipping at actual cost by issuing a refund after we've combined the items and purchased the shipping label. The price shown is for one plate, and you may purchase as many as are currently available -- see the drop down menu at the very top, from which you will need to choose the number desired. Approximate measurements: 6 5/8" diameter Condition: Our photographs reveal the condition best -- please enlarge and zoom in on them, and examine them carefully-- we include at least one photo of the front of each available piece. Very clean and fresh, colorful and bright, shiny pieces, most with no signs of use whatsoever. All are completely free of chips, cracks, silver/gray utensil marks, stains and crazing. Most don't even have any completely colorless scratches to the glaze, the kind that only show when the piece is held up at just the right angle to a direct source of light. A couple have one or two, at most three or four, of these. A few have tiny rust-colored spots on the back--we're being very picky here. We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report.
