Description: Nice capture of a farm in Kansas still primarily using horsepower to harvest. Does show the transitions being made to mechanized equipment with a horse-drawn combine? I'd say the photo was taken near Ellis, Kansas as the postcard publisher was located there. While the postcard is postmarked 1915, the photo was probably taken before 1910. The condition is good - great color, just some wear on the corners and light marks. Standard postcard size with a gloss finish.
