Simply mix like you would a standard basecoat, spray 3-4 coats, and clear coat. The "C2C" prefix signifies that the Shimrin color is Coast-to-Coast compliant and meets all VOC regulations when used with the outlined LV Exempt series reducers. In areas where VOC exemption is not required, any of the RU series reducers may be used. Primer Recommendation: KD3001 Reducers: RU310, RU311, RU312, or RU313 in most areas. In VOC regulated areas use LV Exempt series reducers. Mix Ratio: 2:1>
