For the following MCS2000 radio models: Model I (Remote mount and dash mount configurations): Bypasses the emergency switch contacts and routes receive audio to the radio's internal speaker, and provides ignition control. Connect the red lead to a fused ignition source. Model II & III (Remote mount configurations only): Bypasses the emergency switch contacts and routes receive audio to the external speaker via the main control head cable, and provides ignition control of the radio.
