Published by His Majesty's Stationery Office in in 1933. Condition: Vintage booklet, the best part of a century old, but in fairly good condition for its age. The pages are clean and tidy, with some age-related discolouration. Covers are scruffy, with a small piece of the front cover missing, as shown. There are stains on the cover - they look like tea stains - and this has affected the bottom margin of a few pages.
