Description: Cake Mix Recipe #6by Miss Rosie's Quilt Co for Moda These foundation papers are the brain child of Miss Rosie’s Quilt Co (Carrie Nelson) – need I say more. Piecing Made Easy! A Cake Mix is a 10″ x 10″ pad of triangle paper sized for using with Layer Cakes. There are 45 sheets in each pad – one for each piece of fabric in a Layer Cake plus a few extras for “testing”. Each recipe card (printed foundation paper) in Cake Mix Pad #5 will use 1 Print Layer Cake and 1 Solid Layer cake (or 3 1/8 yd required to cut your own solid background squares) to yield 8– 2" x 2" finished half triangle squares and 8 – 2" X 2" finished rail fence units. So 1 assembled recipe card makes 2 - 6" X 6" finished blocks. The recipe pad includes five block options for the pieces made with the grid.
