Description: Los Angeles LAPD issue Cal Leather "Straight Zip" motorcycle jacket in exceptional condition. Horsehide is in great shape, pliable without cracking or road rash. New 2024 fur collar and chin piece from Cal Leather. Lining almost perfect. Likely from early '70's and evidently very seldom worn. Badge is "Reno 911" gag and not included. Measures about 20" across shoulders (back of coat) and in my opinion the best way to insure correct fitment. Sleeves about 25" from shoulder to cuff. The inside of the cuffs are lined with fur. The size is not on the label. It fits my 44" measurement comfortably, with a bulky sweater or hoodie it is snug. With fur collar removed it measures 28" top to bottom. Another suggested I post the "pit to pit" measurement...which is about 25 inches. 25" measure indicates an XL as per another ebayist and my research on the net.
