This specimen is from Minerva No. 1 Mine, Cave-in-Rock, Hardin County, Illinois. This piece measures overall 11 cm wide by 7.8 cm tall and 6.4 cm front to back. There are a few minor nicked crystal edges. Ex Ross Lillie collection.
