This particular projector was used lightly in a university, and was sold once they were given a financial grant and upgraded all of their A/V equipment. There are some scuffs on the outer casing, and they are photographed in detail. But all functions are operating normally, the lens is in great condition and it's ready to serve your needs for a long time to come. Comes with power cable, and there appears to be at least part of a ceiling mount still attached to the bottom of it. Remote control Not included.
