Description: Caparison Dellinger-WB-FX MF Natural Description The Dellinger-WB-FX model is an FX (fixed bridge) model of the Dellinger (6 string) model with a 648mm scale and 24 frets.For this model, we have developed a new WB body structure that is an evolution of the Caparison WM body structure used in previous FX models. The WB body structure used walnut for the top material, and the previous WM body structure used mahogany for the back material, but we changed it to Australian blackwood to improve the sound quality and wider range of sound. By using this Australian blackwood, we were able to achieve a dramatically wider range and improved sound quality.In addition, Jescar stainless steel jumbo frets are used for the frets, resulting in a clearer start of sound.The bridge can accommodate a wide range of tunings, from Caparison's original FixedBridge6 to down tuning with heavy gauge strings and regular tuning with regular gauge strings. Stable tuning is achieved with Gotoh's MG-T lock tuner and Graph-Tech's BlackTUSQ nut.The pickups are a single-sized humbucking pickup Caparison SH-NC on the neck side, a Caparison VS-IA single-coil pickup on the center pickup, and a high-output Caparison PH-Rm humbucking pickup on the bridge pickup. The controls include a master volume and pickup selector switch, as well as a push-pull switch that doubles as a tone control.
