For Raw books I use a combination of Gemini mailers, cardboard and/or thick Chipboard inserts, bubble wrap/peanuts any empty spaces etc. For Graded books, I bubble wrap lots of layers and it goes in a separate Gemini or equivalent box meant for slabs then placed in a slightly larger box filled with peanuts to restrict any movement. I spare no expense in making your package bullet-proof & weather-proof to reach it's destination in the exact shape it left in.
