The arctic weight lining is 100%-nylon that is quilted to polyester. And with a rib-knit collar this vest is a great choice for colder temperatures, so no matter the weather add a few layers and this vest will last you straight through the winter. Just the zipper alone has an inside wind flap and a brass tab that is large enough work with gloves on.
