The wood surface is distressed with cracks and separations, the paint is chipped and distressed from age adding to the incredible charm. The back has a metal ring for hanging Measures approximately 25 1/2" long x 9" high x 6 1/2" deep Note there is a bracket attached for reinforcement to one split wing, one wing has a break at the top, losses to to the head and scuffing, I did not clean the piece Perfect for a shelf or wall hanging!
