Description: TESTED - all cassette tapes have been tested in a tape deck CASSETTE CASES - broken or cracked cases are replaced with new clear cases before shipping COLLECTORS - please note many of the plastic cases have been changed with new ones. I do not sell cassettes in damaged or cracked cases. CLEANING PLAYERS - all cassette decks and players should be kept clean for best use. Head cleaning tapes are available online or the use of isopropyl alcohol is permitted. Please watch videos online for directions on proper cleaning methods PLAYING TAPES - made sure the play button is pushed in firmly on manually operated players. This makes sure the tape pushes correctly onto the felt pressure pad. FELT PRESSURE PADS - this small piece of felt helps to provide the correct pressure to the play head. They can dry out over time and fall off or move from their center position. Please DO NOT throw out the tape because the pressure pad is missing. This are easy to replace and can a small kit can be purchased online to replace them. RETURNS - sorry tapes damaged by players are not permitted SHIPPING - is done using a 5X7 cardboard sleeve to wrap the cassette and placing them inside a 9X6 bubble mailer. If a cassette arrives damaged please message me photos so a claim can be submitted. COMBINED SHIPPING - will be calculated once all items are packaged and weighted.
