Description: Brand New & Sealed Cat Stevens/Yusuf - Tea For The Tillerman 50th Anniversary Super Deluxe Box Set To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of his masterpiece, Tea For The Tillerman, Cat Stevens/Yusuf put together a super deluxe boxset as the definitive version. And the wealth of material and memorabilia featured, is staggering! Originally released in November 1970, Tea For The Tillerman was Cat Stevens' 4th studio album. It was a critical and commercial success, and launched his career into superstardom in both the UK and US. The album featured the hit singles Father and Son, and Wild World, as well as many more of his best known songs. In 2020, now using the name Yusuf, he re-recorded the album as Tea For The Tillerman². This Super Deluxe edition features the 2020 remaster of the original album, plus a new 2020 remix, on CD's 1 & 2. CD 3 features Tea For The Tillerman². CD 4 features demos, alternate versions, and bonus tracks. And CD 5 features 25 tracks of live performances from 1971. The bluray includes 16 videos, including promo shorts and live performances, and Tea For The Tillerman: 2020 Remaster And 2020 Mix in 24bit/48khz HD Audio. The 2020 remix of Tea For The Tillerman is included on vinyl, in a gatefold sleeve. And a 12" ep of tracks recorded at the Troubador in 1970, rounds off the audio side of the box set. Also included is a 98-page hardback book, with extensive new sleevenotes. And finally, a large format card envelope houses a bookmark, Cat Stevens/Yusuf designed print, a reproduction handwritten lyric sheet, a fold-out ‘Live From The Troubadour 1970’ poster, and a sticker.
