Description: Easy pieced cat blocks combine with a handful of Snail Trail blocks to create nested cats. Increase or decrease the block size to change the quilt size. This kit comes with enough fabric to make the 66.5" x 82.5" throw quilt. The kit contains a purchased copy of the Cat-Tails pattern/instructions designed by Patti Carey of Patti's Patchwork along with enough batik fabric to complete the quilt top and edge binding as shown in picture 1. BACKING AND BATTING WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. The overall finished size of this quilt is 66.5" x 82.5". Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Spooky, Shadows, BFFs and Ketan batik collections by Banyan Batiks. Picture 3 shows all the fabrics included in this kit, and picture 4 thru 9 show larger images of some of the fabrics. There are no substituted fabrics! BACKING AND BATTING ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS KIT! Skill Level: Intermediate 5 yards is recommended for backing fabric assuming a standard 44/45" width along with a 72" x 88" piece of batting. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or for pattern design matching. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit. About 7 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern. NOTE: FABRICS IN THIS KIT ARE PACKAGED IN THE SAME ORDER AS LISTED ON THE PATTERN SO THAT YOU CAN EASILY ORGANIZE OR MARK THEM USING YOUR FAVORITE METHOD!
